Two protesters have been cleared of affray following a trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court. The two Kurdish men had attended a protest against a meeting of Turkish Government supporters at Walthamstow Town Hall in July 2017. Both were arrested and charged with affray after an altercation occurred between protestors and attendees of the meeting.
