Coronavirus - Business Continuity Update

We are following government and Bar Council guidelines in order to remain open for business. We are continuing to work during our usual hours of 8.45am-6.15pm. You can also call us outside office hours for urgent enquiries by calling our usual switchboard number, 
+44 (0)20 7993 7600, where you will hear a message with the relevant mobile numbers to call.

We are currently unable to accept deliveries of bundles by post. Please send documents electronically using the email addresses on the Clerks and Staff page. If you need to have hard copy papers delivered to us, please contact the relevant clerk beforehand (by email or phone) to make the necessary arrangements for documents to be sent to an appropriate address.

We continue to accept instructions for both paperwork advice, as well as remote hearings, where appropriate. We are well set up to arrange video links for you. We are also readily available to provide urgent advice and guidance by telephone or Zoom or other web based conference facilities.

Our switchboard is open as usual during our working hours. Calls to direct numbers for our members of staff will be diverted to their mobile numbers. Please refer to the Clerks and Staff page of our website for their direct numbers.

If you are unsure about who you need to contact or you wish to speak to a barrister, please call our switchboard number on +44 (0)20 7993 7600 and our receptionists will take your call, or you can leave a voicemail. This voicemail will be forwarded to the relevant person who will call you back.

Garden Court Chambers has disabled access facilities including a ground-floor disabled toilet and disabled access to the conference rooms and seminar room. Disabled visitors can discuss any special requirements by contacting our reception on +44 (0)20 7993 7600.



We have dedicated parking for visitors; please contact our reception in advance as parking is on a first come first serve basis. On street parking is also available outside Chambers on Lincoln’s Inn Fields. The pay and display charges operate from Monday to Saturday, 08.30 to 18.30. The current charge is £4.80 per hour with a maximum stay of 2 hours.
