Defendant unanimously acquitted of murder and manslaughter

Mohammed Feazan Ayaz of Manningham, Bradford, died from a traumatic head injury after he was brutally attacked on 30 June and 1 July 2019.

Stephen Queeney, aged 34, who was charged with his murder and manslaughter, was acquitted on 10 March 2020 at Bradford Crown Court. He was represented by Bernard Tetlow QC of Garden Court Chambers.

Raheel Khan, aged 27, Robert Wainwright, aged 26, and Suleman Khan aged 20, were all found guilty of the murder of Mohammed Feazan Ayaz.

A 17-year-old male who cannot be named for legal reasons and Shoaib Shafiq were also found guilty of assisting an offender.
