A legal challenge to QPR's ambitious plans for a state-of-the-art training facility in Southall has been thrown out by the Court of Appeal. Read the full judgment of 23 March 2018 here: Brown v London Borough of Ealing Council [2018] EWCA Civ 556

Marc Willers QC commented:

‘We are very disappointed to have lost this case. We challenged Ealing Borough Council’s decision to grant QPR permission to build its training ground facilities on Warren Farm because areas of community open space in London need to be protected from development for the benefit of all Londoners.'
