Vivienne Westward has joined forces with the Human Rights Group Liberty in opposition of new anti terror laws, to back their belief that terrorism should be dealt with using charges, trials and convictions and not draconian measures destined to make martyrs of the innocent.
Owen Davies QC, Head of Garden Court Chambers said:
