Garden Court Chambers will be holding the official book launch for The Protest Handbook this Friday evening. The new book outlines protesters' rights and the limits of police powers in one single, easily accessible source.
The book provides a simple legal handbook with a dedicated focus on the legal issues protesters face.
It has been written by Garden Court barristers Tom Wainwright and Anna Morris, solicitor Katherine Craig, and Owen Greenhall, a pupil barrister at Garden Court.
Copies will be available to buy at the launch on Friday evening, or you can order online from the publishers Bloomsbury Professional.
