Campaigner Sarah Finch has been given permission to appeal to the Supreme Court in a landmark case about the climate impact of onshore oil production.

Sarah's case against oil production at Horse Hill in Surrey has been supported by the Weald Action Group and Norwood Hill Residents’ Association.
The Supreme Court case is listed provisionally to take place between 21–22 June 2023.
