Success for the Garden Court mental health team in the Upper Tribunal

The Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 created a new jurisdiction to hear specialist appeals and judicial review applications in the Administrative Chamber of the Upper Tribunal from decisions in the first tier mental health tribunal. Stephen Simblet, Roger Pezzani and Tim Baldwin have all appeared in cases in the Administrative Chamber of the Upper Tribunal having a significant impact on the development of mental health law.
