Stephen Cottle is delighted to have been shortlisted for the prestigious Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year (LALY) awards.

The annual awards are organised by the Legal Aid Practitioners Group (LAPG). LAPG director Carol Storer said: "Despite the pressures on the legal aid sector, the calibre of entrants this year was higher than ever".

Stephen is one of three finalists for the Legal Aid Barrister of the year award. In total, there are 28 finalists in the nine categories.

Garden Court Chambers would like to congratulate all of the finalists for the commitment they have shown to serving legal aid clients.

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on 26 May. For more information about the awards, click here.
