The Special Immigration Appeals Commission (SIAC) has issued a new practice note.
The outgoing Chair of the Commission, Mr Justice Irwin, has published a revised Practice Note with effect from 11 January 2016 which is essential reading for all practitioners. Although Mr Justice Irwin may still sit in SIAC, he is succeeded as Chair by Mr Justice Flaux. Additional appointees to SIAC are Mr Justice Singh and Mr Justice Dove.
