One in five stopped by immigration enforcement is a UK citizen, figures show

They provided commentary on new Home Office data on 'intelligence-based' spot-checks where over 19,000 British citizens were stopped and questioned over the past five years:

 "By reason of those individuals being British, by definition, any intelligence relied on to spot-check them must have been wholly flawed."
