Michael Paget has been instructed to represent Occupy London demonstrators who have been camped outside the London Stock Exchange since October and are fighting eviction.
Directions were given yesterday by Wilkie J with a four-day trial listed to begin on 19 December 2011. On 25 November 2011 there is a further hearing to decide if any litigants in person shall be joined as defendants.
