Jan Luba QC of Garden Court Chambers was interviewed on the BBC News Channel about the law on squatting, following media reports of 40 homeless people evicted from an empty building in Mayfair.
Jan Luba said:
"People have to be really desperate if they’re going to occupy any form of shelter just to get a roof over their heads...there is a desperate housing crisis."
