Garden Court Mediation is pleased to announce that Making mediation work for you: a practical handbook, written by Kate Aubrey-Johnson with Helen Curtis has been published.

The book offers guidance to parties and legal advisers on how to set up and prepare for a mediation, highlighting the strategies, skills and techniques mediators can employ to achieve the best possible outcome for the parties involved. There is detailed coverage of civil, family, workplace and community mediation and information on professional standards, ethics and training.

Copies will be available to buy at the official launch on 5 July; in the meantime you can order online or by phone/email from the publishers Legal Action Group.

Kate Aubrey-Johnson and Helen Curtis are both accredited mediators and barristers with Garden Court Mediation - the civil mediation panel established in 2010 at Garden Court Chambers.
