Keir Monteith represented Mr Soroh on appeal against sentence for 2 counts of conspiracy to supply class A drugs. He was instructed by Joanne Lange of MK Law.
The Court of appeal agreed with Keir’s submissions that the sentence was manifestly excessive and reduced the sentence from 5 years 3 months to 4 years 6 months.
