Keir Monteith KC secures half time acquittal for joint enterprise murder

Keir Monteith KC of the Garden Court Chambers Crime Team secured a half time acquittal for his client who was accused of a joint enterprise murder [R v GM and others]. This followed a successful application to dismiss a submission on S.18 OAPA and conspiracy to produce drugs charges which also secured the acquittal of a co-defendant on similar allegations.
