Stephen Simblet QC of the Garden Court Civil Liberties Team is representing a survivor of abuse from a Lambeth Children’s Home.
This public hearing is examining the scale and nature of sexual abuse experienced by children in the care of Lambeth Council, and the extent of any institutional failures to protect children.
