In R(AA) v Secretary of State for the Home Department HHJ Cotter QC sitting as a High Court judge expedited the judicial review hearing for 4 June 2021 of the failure of the Secretary of State, who accepted a duty to house an asylum seeker in Bristol contrary to the Secretary of State’s own policy on dispersal and failed to provide them with accommodation and support at all.
