Garden Court counsel make closing submissions to UK Covid Inquiry Module 2

This week, public hearings for Module 2 of the the UK Covid-19 Inquiry continued.

Our Kirsten Heaven made oral submissions, on behalf of Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice Cymru, for the pre-hearing of the upcoming Module 2B. The main hearing begins on 27 February 2024 for the duration of three weeks. It is the Wales-specific module taking place in Cardiff. Our Bethan Harris is on the legal team, instructed by Craig Court of Harding Evans.

Our Brenda Campbell KC made closing submissions on behalf of Northern Ireland Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice. Our Peter Wilcock KC is also on the legal team, instructed by Conal McGarrity of P.A. Duffy & Co Solicitors.
