Garden Court Chambers response to ‘Best Value’ Tendering Scheme

Garden Court has responded to the Legal Services Commission's consultation on denying access to criminal work for solicitors who refuse to carry out the work for next to nothing. A copy of the response has been sent to the Constitutional Affairs Committee who will be meeting soon to consider the issue.
