Edward Grieves Wins Terrorism Case in the Charity Tribunal

Edward Grieves represented the Appellant in the very first case to be lodged in the newly formed Charity Tribunal. The Tribunal reversed a decision by the Charity Commission removing the Appellant as trustee form the charity after being unconvinced of any improper link to terrorism or the LTTE.
