Defendants acquitted of £11.5 million money laundering conspiracy

Following a three-month trial, the defendants were acquitted on 17 August 2016.

One of the defendants was represented by Michael Turner QC of Garden Court Chambers, leading James Holland of Red Lion Chambers. Michael Turner QC was instructed by Mark Rostron of Morgan Rose Solicitors.

Nerida Harford-Bell of Garden Court Chambers represented another of the defendants. She was instructed by Ben Bansal of Imran Khan & Partners and led Guy Bowden of Red Lion Chambers.

Keir Monteith, also of Garden Court Chambers, represented another of the defendants. He led Yasin Patel of 25 Bedford Row and was instructed by Mohsin Ariff of Lloyds PR and Pan Symeou of Faradays Solicitors.
