Danielle Manson of the Garden Court Criminal Defence Team successfully represented the defendant, instructed by Emma Tingling of Amosu Robinshaw.
The proceedings weighed heavily on the defendant, as she had been arrested in August 2022 and remanded in custody for a period of four weeks, separating her from her two severely autistic children.
The defendant was unanimously acquitted in under 90 minutes at Southwark Crown Court. The defendant had been on bail for the last twelve months, and is now able to move forward with her life.
