Members of the Crime Team at Garden Court welcome the vote in the Criminal Bar Association (CBA) ballot in favour of action in support of action taken by solicitors against the imposition of unsustainable cuts to their rates of pay.
Members of the team have stated that they will not accept instructions to cover court hearings for other advocates with effect from Monday 20 July and will not accept instructions in cases in which the legal aid order is dated on or after 1 July.
