Acquitted hunt saboteur features in BBC documentary
Thursday 17 May 2018
Cathy Scott, a long-standing anti-fox hunting campaigner, was recently found not guilty of three public order offences arising out of a demonstration against the Atherstone Hunt. In a comprehensive rejection of the evidence of the prosecution witnesses, the magistrates dismissed all charges against Ms Scott.
Ms Scott features in a BBC documentary about her experiences as a hunt saboteur. Find out more and watch on BBC iPlayer: 'The Hunt: Battle In The Countryside'
Ms Scott was represented by Owen Greenhall of the Garden Court Chambers Crime Team. He was instructed by Teresa Blades of Kellys Solicitors.
