3 December 2018

Amanda Weston QC

Garden Court Chambers’ Amanda Weston QC delivered the plenary speech at our inaugural Migrant Support Conference with Legal Action Group (LAG) on 28 November 2018.

The Migrant Support Conference brought together barristers from Garden Court Chambers, many of whom have appeared in cases challenging aspects of the hostile environment to present authoritative legal perspectives on migrants support, and expert presenters from organisations operating on the ground to articulate the practical implications of interpreting the law and sharing their valuable experiences.
