Garden Court Chambers' Housing Team has published its submissions in response to the Consultation on the Housing (Wales) Bill, which were sent to the Welsh Government on Friday.
The submissions focus largely on the issues of homelessness and Gypsy and Traveller rights, areas in which many of Garden Court's barristers have a great deal of experience. Both are available below:
