Learn how to defend anti-social behaviour claims on behalf of tenants vulnerable to eviction

This seminar will give an update of the most common types of claims involving anti-social behaviour: possession claims and anti-social behaviour injunctions. As well as considering recent legal developments, the speakers will look at what strategies are most successful in defending these claims.

This seminar is designed to refresh and extend the knowledge of practitioners dealing with anti-social behaviour litigation. It is suitable for solicitors, housing advisers and paralegals alike.

James Bowen and Adrian Marshall Williams are both experienced practitioners, and members of the Garden Court Housing Team.
