Inquests and Criminal Proceedings

The purpose of this seminar is to familiarise criminal practitioners with the law and practice of the coroner’s court. The speakers will describe the principal features of the coroner’s jurisdiction and the developments of the law in this field. The intention of this seminar is to equip practitioners with a working knowledge of the system in order to be able to assist clients who seek advice and representation at inquests.
