Garden Court Chambers' Family and Immigration Teams are pleased to be supporting Chayn in the launch their new toolkit, How to build your own domestic violence case without a lawyer. The toolkit aims to assist survivors of domestic abuse who often face multiple barriers when trying to access legal aid to fund their case. The toolkit is available to download on the Chayn website.
