Housing/Property Issues and Family Law

This seminar hopes to provide an opportunity to understand the overlap between housing and property issues as they inter-relate with ancillary relief matters. In addition, we hope to provide family practitioners with the opportunity to be able to spot basic issues in relation to homelessness and provide appropriate advice thereon either immediately or with sufficient understanding to refer to a more specialist practitioner.
