What have 20 years of the Human Rights Act given us? Lord Kerr, retired Supreme Court Justice and former Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland, and Nuala Mole, founder of the AIRE centre, will discuss their unique experiences of working with the ECHR and HRA. In a conversation focusing on how the Strasbourg and UK courts have dealt with migration, our speakers will draw on their work at all levels of the British and European legal systems.

This webinar will be chaired by Mark Symes of the Garden Court Immigration Team
