Following the landmark decision of the Supreme Court in R v Waya, Henry Blaxland QC and Michael Ivers will address the ruling's significance to confiscation proceedings in criminal cases.

The speakers will also consider the important case pending before the Supreme Court of R v Ahmad on the calculation of benefit in carousel fraud.
