Looking ahead, our Housing Team said “We note that the crisis has shown that rough sleeping can be abolished. Since the government has, in any event, committed itself to achieving this during the lifetime of this Parliament, we hope that the measures taken during this crisis for public health reasons can be continued once the crisis has passed, so that emergency accommodation can be provided for all.”
