Emma is responsible for individual practice management and business development of the Public Law and Social Welfare teams, to include the areas of community care and welfare benefits, and court of protection and mental health.
She works collaboratively with colleagues across chambers on new projects for the teams, including developing strategic litigation, building new relationships and events. She is always very happy to speak to solicitors, charities and NGOs about projects and ideas.
Emma brings with her a wealth of experience of the industry, having previously practiced as a solicitor for over seven years. She is passionate about social justice and making a difference wherever she can.
Away from Garden Court Chambers, Emma enjoys teaching yoga, travelling and her other full time job as mum to her daughter.
