Marc Willers

Marc joins the Two Garden Court Chambers' civil team. He is experienced in town and country planning law with a particular emphasis on the representation of Gypsies and Travellers. His practice also covers Public law, Human rights, Prisoners' Rights, Civil actions against the police and Employment law. He will be joining the civil team.

David Watkinson, one of the founder members of Two Garden Court Chambers and a member of the civil team, commented:

"Marc brings with him a wealth of experience as a planning barrister and has represented in many landmark Gypsy and Traveller cases. His presence will make our planning and land use team even more effective in its representation of Gypsies and Travellers."

Marc's standing as one of the leading barristers in this area is confirmed by the fact that he is the co-editor and one of the authors of the new Legal Action Group publication Gypsy and Traveller Law.

Over the years Marc has worked alongside members of Two Garden Court Chambers on numerous occasions, and, when asked to comment on his decision to join them he said:

Michael Paget

Michael joins Two Garden Court Chambers housing team. His practice mainly focuses on Housing law though he was involved in the Victoria Climbie inquiry.

Stephen Knafler, a member of Two Garden Court's housing team commented on Michael joining:

"Michael is a rising star in the housing world, with several reported cases under his belt already. He will be a great asset to the housing team.
