Kirsten Heaven recently represented the family of Eliud Nyenze in the inquest into Eliud's death in Oakington immigration detention centre in April 2010. The death led to rioting and the centre is due to close imminently. Eliud's family were also represented by solicitor Janet Farrell from Bhatt Murphy.
