Di Middleton QC and Paramjit Ahluwalia of the Garden Court Chambers Crime Team represented A.S., a young man accused of being involved in a shooting in Bethnal Green in October 2016.
A.S was acquitted unanimously of manslaughter and possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence at the Central Criminal Court on 7th July 2017. Di and Paramjit worked as a team with instructing solicitor Liz Sargeant of Needham Poulier Solicitors.
