We are delighted to announce that Katharine Marks has joined the Garden Court Chambers Family Law Team.
Called to the Bar in 1998, Katharine is an experienced family law practitioner with a broad practice spanning across all areas of family law. Katharine specialises in private and public children’s law, where she is particularly well known for her client care skills and representation of vulnerable people.
She also has experience in international family law and will also be joining Garden Court’s dedicated International Family Law Team.
Prior to joining Garden Court, Katharine practiced at Staple Inn Chambers.
Katharine joins Garden Court’s growing family team, which is now recognised as a leading set of chambers for children’s law in the independent Chambers & Partners UK Bar Guide.
