Family of murdered school girl Elsie Frost apply to the Attorney General for a new inquest into her death

Garden Court's Anna Morris is representing Colin Frost, brother of Elsie Frost, who was murdered in 1965 and is suspected to be a victim of 'the Beast of Wombwell', Peter Pickering. She is instructed by Gemma Vine at Minton Morrill.

Yesterday the family submitted an application to the Attorney General to allow them to apply to the High Court to reopen the inquest into her death, and to look at the fresh evidence gathered by West Yorkshire Police.
