To begin our celebrations of Refugee Week 2019 this roundtable, held in conjunction with the Refugee Council, seeks to develop our thinking and ideas on family reunion for child refugees.
Since the important decision in AT and another (Article 8 ECHR – Child Refugee – Family Reunification : Eritrea)  UKUT 227 (IAC) many individual cases and appeals have been heard and there has been significant campaign and parliamentary activity.
