Mark is the ‘go to’ contact for barristers and solicitors for family law billing queries. At his current position in revenue control, his aim is to have a smooth and efficient billing process in place.
Background
Mark has been a clerk for 30 years, predominantly dealing with family, immigration, housing and employment law. He joined Garden Court Chambers in October 2017, having previously worked at Renaissance Chambers specialist family set and then 1MCB common law set.
Mark has a huge amount of experience and knowledge of all clerking roles, including billing and the collection of fees.
He is recorded in the 2016 Legal 500 as being “always helpful” as well as “polite and courteous”, in addition to providing “flawless clerking”. In the 2017 Legal 500 he was recorded as being “extremely supportive”.
Outside of work, Mark spends most of his time with his family. He is also a keen sports enthusiast, enjoys football, golf and the occasional ski holiday.
