Colin is responsible for acquiring, keeping and developing Garden Court Crime Team’s clients. His role is both strategic and operational and involves developing an understanding of client needs, and how these are changing, to ensure that we consistently meet them.
Prior to joining Garden Court Chambers Colin held senior business development (BD) roles within legal and consultancy spaces. Most recently he worked in a large law firm based in East Anglia where he was responsible for the development and implementation of several key sector-based BD projects. He is passionate about the role effective customer relationship management (CRM) plays in delivering growth.
Colin graduated with an undergraduate degree in Politics and Government from the University of Kent, before gaining a PGCE with distinction from the Cambridge University Institute of Education. He has formal digital marketing qualifications accredited by the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing and passed the revised level 2 Prince Project Management examination in 2017.
In his spare time Colin is a drummer in a rock cover band and is a keen supporter of Ipswich Town FC.
Colin joined Garden Court Chambers in September 2018.
