It is alleged a police helicopter was used to film people naked and a couple having sex.

Former police officer Adrian Pogmore, 50, of Whiston in Rotheram, has previously admitted four charges of misconduct in a public office.

Matthew Lucas, 42, Lee Walls, 47, Matthew Loosemore, 45, and Malcolm Reeves, 64, all deny misconduct in a public office. The charges of misconduct in a public office relate to four alleged incidents between 2007 and 2012.

Pilot Captain Reeves denies two counts of misconduct in a public office. He is represented by Keir Monteith leading Lucie Wibberley, instructed by Powell Spencer. Keir and Lucie are members of the Garden Court Chambers Crime Team.

The trial is expected to last three weeks. The trial has been covered extensively in the media, including on BBC News, The Times, The Washington Post and the Guardian.
