Stephen Simblet QC of the Garden Court Civil Liberties Team is representing a survivor of abuse from a Lambeth Children’s Home.
Stephen Simblet QC has been representing victims/ survivors of child sexual abuse in several investigations in the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse, one of the largest public inquiries ever held.
His closing submission on behalf of his client in the Lambeth Council investigation will be made in the late morning of Friday 31st July.
