Judy Khan

Practice

Judy is a criminal defence practitioner with experience of all aspects of criminal work. Her practice includes cases involving allegations of murder, armed robbery, rape, fraud, money laundering and large scale importation and supply of drugs. Judy has also represented petitioners before the Privy Council.

Judy has undertaken cases as both junior and leading junior counsel. She has a particular interest in representing young offenders and was junior counsel for the youngest defendant in living memory to face trial for murder at the Central Criminal Court. Judy enjoys representing political protestors. She represented the 28 Greenpeace defendants, including the then Executive Director, charged with theft and criminal damage to a GM crop.
