She has also been instructed on a number of public law proceedings and has represented parents, extended family members and local authorities. Josephene is very keen to develop this area of her practice. As her practice develops, Josephene hopes to include other areas of family law, such as, child abduction and international adoptions. BackgroundJosephene brings to the profession a genuine determination and enthusiasm to deliver a first class service to all of her clients, and an ability and desire to work as a team player in all matters in which she is instructed. Josephene relates well to clients and strives to ensure that all her clients are fully advised on all relevant legal and procedural matters. When Josephene first began her pupillage, it had been her ambition to pursue a career at the Criminal Bar. With the benefit of pupillage, and the opportunities which have since arisen, she now intends to concentrate on family law. However, she is still keen to undertake criminal cases relating to family law, where her knowledge and skills developed in family law will be beneficial. SocietiesFamily Law Bar Association.
