PracticeAbigail has a busy and varied practice in all areas of crime with particular expertise in serious sexual offences, fraud and corporate crime. She works hard to achieve the best possible result for her clients and to provide accurate and reliable legal advice. She is able to provide companies with advice on the Bribery Act 2010 and will look at the individual needs of a company in meticulous detail. She further advises in areas of international law with particular emphasis on human rights violations, having spent three months in Fiji advising on the legality of the military coup. Abigail has defended in cases of attempted murder, rape, conspiracy to supply firearms, conspiracy to rob and corporate regulatory violations. She appears regularly in military courts representing individuals in Courts martial as well as civilian courts.
