Booking Form

Our new offices at 57-60 Lincoln's Inn Fields were refurbished and modernised when we moved in 2005. Our renovated Grade I listed premises blend 21st century design and mid-17th century detail. It's an ideal space for bringing people together with similar interests in the field of social justice. Our facilities are available to hire to clients and organisations for meetings and events throughout the year. Based in Lincoln's Inn Fields in the heart of London's legal district, we are in a prime location with the High Court, Chancery Lane and Covent Garden all on our doorstep.

Today, the period features are the backdrop for a range of activities and facilities. We host a number of meetings and conferences at our premises all and we have a reduced room rate hire to affiliated organisations. Numerous organisations, NGOs and charities have held events and training here - Liberty, Statewatch, EIN, Legal Action Group, LAPG, IMKAAN and the Travellers Aid Trust.

Facilities

Our main 60-person seminar room, the adjacent large room known as The Hub, and eight smaller conference rooms are suitable for a range of meetings, conferences, seminars or other events of all sizes. The seminar room is fitted with the latest audio-visual equipment including a large projection screen and lectern with built-in remote control. We also have a state-of-the art video conference suite that is linked directly to the courts and prisons network. This means that prison conferences can be held in-house.

The Hub and Seminar Room, as shown above, are two of our largest rooms at Garden Court. They are situated on the first floor adjacent to each other and collectively they hold up to 150 standing. A popular choice for hosting larger events such as drinks parties and book launches.

Suppliers

Our range of selected local suppliers (catering/entertainment/human resources) are on hand to provide a high quality service to meet all budgets and individual requirements. Full menus and prices are available on request.

Events Team

Our events team have a variety of experience; we are on hand to advise and support your event from the planning stages to finish, in addition our dedicated in-house audio visual technician can ensure all your IT requirements are met.

Last year we successfully hosted events of every scale from book launches, parties, press conferences, seminars, AGMs, charity training days, all day conferences, to smaller private events such as boardroom meetings, legal conferences and personal lunches.

Accessibility

We have a wheelchair ramp at the main entrance leading directly into the front reception area, a lift to all floors, and full disabled access to the seminar room/hub and smaller conference rooms. There are also fully-equipped disabled toilets and induction loops in our reception and dedicated conference rooms. Free parking is available on request.
